How to install Internal dictionaries from behind a proxy ?
You can download dictionaries from the dictionary list using a web browser and save them on /dictionaries folder of your editor.
After you save the zipped dictionary in the /dictionaries folder, the dictionary configuration dialogue will let you use it.
