We separate paper, plastic, and electronic waste at source. Old hardware is donated or recycled through certified e-waste programs. Our print volume has dropped over 90% since moving to fully digital project delivery in 2020.

Over 60% of our team works remotely, eliminating daily commutes entirely. For on-site staff, we encourage cycling and public transport with flexible schedules that avoid rush-hour travel.

Our offices use low-flow fixtures and sensor-activated taps. We track water usage quarterly and have reduced consumption by transitioning to waterless cleaning products where possible.

We source office supplies from vendors with verified environmental certifications. Paper purchases use FSC-certified stock, and we evaluate all new suppliers against sustainability criteria before onboarding.

All project management, file delivery, and client communication runs through our cloud platform. Automated workflows replace manual handoffs, reducing redundant processing and the energy costs associated with it.

Every new team member receives sustainability guidelines during onboarding. We run quarterly reviews of our environmental practices and encourage staff to propose improvements through an internal suggestion program.

We measure our operational carbon output annually covering energy, travel, and supply chain. This data informs our year-over-year reduction targets and helps us identify the highest-impact areas for improvement.
