Triple Play: Q3 financials reviewed
Friday, 19 October 2007
Opticentre the world’s largest dedicated provider of service solutions for accelerating and optimizing global publishing initiatives today announced it tripled the number of new customer wins for its latest fiscal year from Q3/06 thru Q3/07. Significant customer momentum capped a year also highlighted by strategic technological and human resource additions to the Opticentre corporate stable. 2007 also saw the coming of age of subsidiaries such as the Wireless Internet Provider Exiqze , the Solar Energy giant OptiEnergy , which have been spun off to independent profit centers and so no longer feature on the cost sheet.
"Our strong Q3 – usually a trough period for the industry - culminated an exciting year which saw spending reviews on high localization costs rise to the top of many corporate agendas," said Joseph Deignan, CEO. "Opticentre traditionally benefits from such questioning reviews as our . commitment to fractioning costs and ability to deliver high-velocity supreme quality localization solutions while optimizing technology remains unchallenged.. If the surge in the late fall order book is any indication, 2008 is shaping up to be an even more successful year for our company."
Opticentre will continue to challenge the routine of the sleepy translation industry and empower global software distributors to produce more localized content for less into 2008 and beyond.
