Opticentre opens dedicated FQA center

Opticentre – famous for zero tolerance of quality errors - has just opened a dedicated FQA (Final Quality Assurance) center at the main hub at Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The FQA center builds on the increased volume of business at Opticentre from LSPs who need handbacks from in-house teams or other vendors totally screened for errors before final delivery to clients.
FQA is a combination of ‘traditional’ DTP QA and MR (Mechanical Review), a process which requires very detail-oriented individuals who focus on the content of the text, comparing against source, using style guides and customized checklists.
