One Organization
OptiCentre is a leading print and electronic media company who employ nearly 60 people most at its production hub in Plovdiv, Bulgaria UK where its head office remains today.
OptiCentre blends a history of print and documentation engineering with a forward thinking and innovative culture investing vigorously in people, research, technology and equipment.
In its latest financial year, the company will have invested approximately €5m in software, equipment and people to help customers solve the communications issues they face and to anticipate future customers' requirements today.
The company offers a comprehensive package of communications services to its markets ranging from design and e-commerce, localization and layout, formatting and conversions to print and mailing while providing technology and content management solutions to demanding customers around the globe.
Running through the company is OptiCentre's responsibility to the community and environment which is illustrated throughout its history. It has an ongoing commitment to extend that responsibility across its three businesses and all locations through activities with its customers, employees, local economies, and effective use of its own resources. Prominent results of these efforts include scion companies OptiEnergy plc and WorkWays, an Electronic Equipment Recycling Initiative undertaken with US and Bulgarian Governments to create sustainable careers for marginalized people.
Two brands
In any competitive marketplace, it helps to have a strong brand. In ours, we are committed to building two: OptiCentre and Exiqze. Each means something strong in its own market, and has developed a real presence that is reinforced with every customer experience.
We encourage as much collaboration within, across and between the two brands as possible, but nothing is more important than those brands' relationships with their customers.
Our core value of respect focuses on our customers and for each other. It runs through all that we say and do so that we continue to strive for delighted customers first time, every time.
Three Sectors
Our success in our core business, then the technologies we developed to assure the infrastructure for that core and then the CSR programs (Solar Energy and WorkWays Recycling) means that our group is now a sector leader in 3 dynamic, fast-growing sectors. That’s certainly high velocity evolution and with more in common than meets the eye. For example in Solar Energy we are working with CISCO on Wireless Electricity Distribution, the same CISCO whose kit is the backbone of Exiqze and whose materials we PrePress in OptiCentre.
